For your perfect family vacation, our lovely hotel staff truly goes above and beyond every day.
We are proud to offer a large heated pool—an uncommon luxury in Mallorca—that invites carefree moments for the whole family. The extra warmth is especially cherished by little ones, who often light up as they discover our floating toys and splash with pure delight. And when children take their first strokes, our hotel swimming certificate—with a “gold” medal—turns the moment into a treasured memory.
Feel good all around
In the hotel garden, a shady toddler playground, children’s vehicles, swings, a soccer field, a large trampoline, a hammock, and more joyful spots await your family.
To ensure peace and comfort during a day full of summer fun, each suite features two air conditioners—one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
And because laundry can quickly pile up when travelling with children, we are happy to wash, dry, and fold your clothes on request, and we can also lend an ironing board and iron if needed.

So you don’t have to travel with heavy luggage, we offer the following items free of charge for your use during your stay.
You are welcome to reserve child equipment or yoga mats before your arrival so they are ready in your suite from the very beginning. Alternatively, we can provide everything you need once you arrive, as we have plenty available. We are also happy to accommodate special requests—please just approach us.

Our kitchen team is at your service every day from 07:00a.m. to 10:20p.m and happy to prepare tasty snacks, salads, lunches and dinners for our guests.
You can choose where you want to enjoy your delicious food and drinks, we will gladly serve them not only in the restaurant but also free of charge in your suite, on your terrace or at another favorite place on our premises.
For birthdays or other celebrations, our team will be excited to prepare a gorgeous cake, order a flower bouquet or anything similar upon request.
Self care means giving yourself permission to pause
Maria and David, both professional therapists with many years of practical experience, offer you wonderfully soothing massages and osteopathy treatments in your suites.
Maria can also be booked for yoga sessions for groups or individually, e.g. at sunrise on a secluded beach – simply magical!
We are happy to organize truly kind and reliable English or German speaking babysitters for you to help you re-energize in your vacation, e.g. through a calm morning, some fun sports activity or a romantic candlelight dinner. Birgit also offers regular free child activities on the hotel premises.
For emergencies
We are available 24/7 for you by phone. Should you require anything, we promise to do our best to satisfy you. And of course we are happy to assist you with practical topics like car rental, booking of excursion tickets or the route to the next supermarket.
For medical questions we have an English and German speaking doctor nearby who is available around the clock and who comes quickly and reliably to our hotel. You may claim the costs with your health insurance. In general, the healthcare system on Mallorca is good with several well equipped and well staffed hospitals.
