This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

a) Hotel reservations and guest management

b) Handling enquiries via contact forms, email or telephone
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)

c) Compliance with legal obligations (including guest registration with Spanish authorities – SES Hospedajes)

5. Hosting and Website Operation

Our website is hosted by Pixus, which acts as a data processor on our behalf.
A Data Processing Agreement (Data Processing Agreement / Contrato de Encargado del Tratamiento) pursuant to Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with Pixus.
Pixus processes personal data of website visitors solely in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only used with your prior consent via our cookie consent tool.
IP anonymisation is enabled. Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA) only where appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are in place.

Data Processing Agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR have been concluded with all service providers acting as data processors.

– Booking and billing data: in accordance with statutory commercial and tax retention periods
– Enquiry data: until the enquiry has been fully processed
– Technical log data: for short periods necessary to ensure security and functionality

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, in accordance with Articles 15–21 GDPR.
